Property Viewer – Nottingham - £22k - (£35k OTE) + mileage allowance + excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established lettings agent based in Nottingham, due to continued growth in the letting area we are now looking to recruit a Property Viewer to be based at our clients offices in Nottingham

You will be provided with full training and development. You must have your own transport and a full UK licence for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maximizing the overall income and profitability of the business.
• To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
• Diary Management
• Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Personal Specification:

• Has a Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
• Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department
• Has your own car and full UK license
• Excellent Time Management
• Reliable
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have knowledge of Nottingham areas
• Sales experience
