SalaryWe are looking to speak with experienced Bids/Proposal professionals looking for a new challenge.
We are excited to be working in partnership with our fantastic client to recruit a Proposals Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is well respected Legal Firm, with offices throughout the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Proposals, you will deliver proposals submissions across the private, public and third sectors.
What you’ll do
- Support the qualification process, researching clients and sectors
- Work with the Head of Proposals to develop tender responses
- Leading storyboard sessions to agree bespoke responses and solutions
- Draft responses using information available to be reviewed by the Head of Proposals
- Making edits, where required after first review
- Work with the Content team to review Proposals library ensuring accuracy
- Updating such collateral for review
- Work with Business Development team to deliver key departmental initiatives
- Manage your internal network of SME's to ensure resource is always available
What you’ll need
- Prior experience in a Proposals or Bids role, ideally within professional service or construction sector
- Ideally some knowledge with proposal automation software
- The ability to write engaging pieces, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communications skills, oral and written
- The ability to work under pressure and to often tight deadlines
- Strong proof reading skills
- Excellent attention detail
- Advanced MS skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
