The Role

Reporting to the Proposition Manager, the Proposition Governance Manager role is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the performance of PCL’s suite of existing propositions in our current and future target markets.

The role will also be responsible for owning and maintaining our Fair Value Assessments for all target markets and propositions, providing insightful recommendations that lead to positive customer outcomes in line with our purpose and duty under Fair Value.

You will also:

• Champion Product and Proposition governance across PCL
• Chair the monthly Proposition Governance Forum
• Create and manage proposition action plans, providing effective performance and progress reporting
• Identify and manage proposition KPIs – on a monthly basis through the Proposition Governance Forum and continually through Fair Value Assessments
• Maintain the Proposition Bible and monthly Proposition Monitoring reports

• Excellent insight experience, including primary research and performance monitoring

• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work at pace and under pressure
