Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Harbourside office site.
About this opportunity:
The Longstanding Team has been established to run the customer proposition for over 2 million customers who hold Life, Pension, Investment & Protection policies across the Scottish Widows, Clerical Medical and Halifax brands where the products are no longer actively marketed to customers. We're part of the Retirement and Longstanding Propositions business area in Insurance, Pensions & Investments division (Lloyds Banking Group).

What you'll be doing:
Your role will be part of Pooled Longstanding Structure supporting achievement of team goals. You'll be aligned to one or more of the Longstanding Proposition teams: Proposition Management, Business Enablement and Customer Experience. The key accountabilities for these roles may include, but are not limited to:

Management of the product range which may include product governance activity, value for money reviews and resolution of any incidents or customer issues.
\nLead the E2E Delivery of appropriate customer treatment strategies to achieve continuous improvement to products and processes for the benefit of our customers.
\nIdentifying shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, develop actions plans and use established organisational change processes to deliver prescribed outcomes.
\nManagement and tracking of risks impacting customers and the business using established risk management systems.
\nConducting research using data sources to provide customer insight and enable analysis of key themes and trends to support delivery of customer focused solutions that improve business performance.
\nActing as the Proposition lead on the delivery of selected projects to meet legislative, regulatory, and/or commercial goals.

What you'll need:
We need a self-motivated, proactive teammate and someone who is up for the challenge of working on a large, complex proposition that will help us drive significant change across our business. We're looking for :

A good all round knowledge of the Life, Pensions & Investment market and ideally with specialism in at least one product market
\nAbility to positively influence others by demonstrating core LBG values and behaviours
\nAbility to manage and remove blockers to delivery and discuss alternative options, calling out to your senior manager as applicable.
\nAbility to challenge the status quo and ensure that the solution being implemented is the right one for customers and colleagues.
\nAn inquisitive mind and experience of complex problem solving using proven analytical techniques.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills.
