Protection Advisor Purpose:
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.
Protection advisor Responsibilities:
- Convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
- To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
- Providing every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
- To use all data to maximise sales
- Provide the client with the best possible advice
- To ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
- To work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
- Ensuring maximum revenue is collected by the business
- Dealing with all clients in a positive and professional manner
- To give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
- To act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with any client queries as required
- Ensuring computer records are kept up to date
- To undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
Ideal Skills:
- RO5 Qualified
- 2 years' experience within Financial Services/Life insurance
- Experience in Protection Insurance products
