Protection Adviser – Join Our Team in Ebbsfleet!

Role Available: Employed

Salary: £12,000 - £25,000 (Experience Dependent), OTE £40,000 (uncapped commission)

Location: Ebbsfleet, Kent

Working Hours: Part Time – 16 - 30 hours

The Role:

As a Protection Adviser at Westways Financial, you'll be the go-to expert for providing tailored advice on protection products to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and financial goals

- Conducting in-depth phone consultations to gather crucial information

- Conducting thorough research and providing personalised recommendations

- Managing protection applications and liaising with lenders

- Exploring opportunities to support clients with additional financial products

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and exceeding targets

Experience and Qualifications:

- Trainee Advisers: Office experience and a basic understanding of mortgages are essential.

- Qualified Advisers: Proven track record in the financial services industry required.

- Essential qualifications include CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or CF1 & CF6 for mortgage and protection advice.

- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are a must.
