Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behaviour plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student progress.
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic and behavioural goals.

Job Requirements
- Experience of supporting children or young adults with challenging behaviour (Secondary)
- Able to stay calm and de-escalate challenging Behaviour
- Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Available 5-days a week and able to commit to at least 1-6 months
