PRUDENTIAL RISK MANAGER
UP TO £90,000 + BONUS + PENSION

Amazing opportunity to join a bank in the UK as a Prudential Risk Manager. This role provides a great chance to work with multiple teams in an established UK bank. The company are also providing a very competitive salary of up to £90,000 and offer great flexibility to work from home on a hybrid schedule, they require their employees in the office 3 per day week.

THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:
- Creating and execute comprehensive plans for ICAAP, ILAAP, LCP, and Recovery Plan.
- Lead self-assessment exercises on CRR/PRA rulebook compliance and provide regulatory interpretations, contributing to the Accounting Policy & Regulatory Reporting Committee.
- Develop and execute Prudential Risk management strategies adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and other stakeholders to support capital and liquidity planning and reporting.
- Offer expertise on Prudential Risk areas (credit, market, liquidity, operational) and enhance risk management information for the Risk Forum and Board Risk Committee.
- Coordinate the annual update and publication of the Group's Pillar 3 disclosures.
- Monitor prudential regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group's products and customers.
- Establish and maintain prudential reporting systems and internal controls to meet standards.
- Uphold policies and procedures supporting the prudential regulatory control framework to ensure smooth operations of the Group's regulatory reporting function.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience producing ICAAP or ILAAP documents within commercial or retail lending
- Ideally have experience working on recovery and resolution planning
- Ability to present in front of senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel user
