Working in a fast paced, dynamic Physical Security Operations Centre as a key part of a small team, a PSOC Operator acts as the first level of response for physical security incidents that may impact Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) business, brand or employees.

JOB TITLE: Physical Security Operations Centre Operator
SALARY: £25,707 FTE
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh
HOURS: Part Time
WORKING PATTERN: Monday, Tuesday full day, Wednesday half day

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Physical Security Operations Centre where you will play a critical role joining a small team. You will act as our first level of response for physical security incidents that may impact Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) business, brand, colleagues or customers.

Join us within the Physical Security Operations Centre where you’ll:

  • Monitor all high priority alarms in our branches and buildings to determine whether an incident requires escalation.
  • You will respond to calls providing security advice to internal LBG colleagues.
  • Set-up and maintain access PINs, keyholder lists, alarm registers and operate access control
  • Produce and correctly program access control cards for colleagues and contractors throughout LBG in line with policy and procedures
  • Log, assess and prioritise all incoming faults identified by building security and branch staff, assign a priority for its resolution and action according to the appropriate procedure
  • Produce and release CCTV footage in line with LBG Policy and Procedures

  • Deliver against service levels defined for the operations team and work on own performance levels
  • Demonstrate core Lloyds Banking Group values & behaviours as an active team member
