Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support and assistance to children with special education needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create personalized learning plans and strategies tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Implement appropriate interventions and support strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Conduct assessments and gather data to monitor progress.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group sessions to support the development of essential skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Prior experience working with children with special education needs is
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of children with special education needs.
