Psychology Teacher Salary: TMS/UPS Location: West Sussex Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September 2024 We are looking for an inspiring and cheerful Psychology Teacher to join our excellent and supportive Department at a dynamic learning community. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to foster a love of learning Psychology in students. Day to Day of the Role: Plan and deliver effective lessons that ensure all students make at least good progress, as reflected in value-added data and examination results. Evaluate lessons in relation to student learning and plan future lessons accordingly. Assess and record students' progress and report to parents as required. Contribute to and promote pedagogical dialogue throughout the school. Develop and maintain good professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Undertake school supervision duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong subject knowledge in Psychology. Ability to inspire, innovate, and nurture students. Commitment to high achievement and motivation. Ability to optimise Psychology learning for all students. Willingness to commit to personal professional development.
