Academic staff will fulfil an important role in ensuring these outcomes, contributing to the development of their subject across the College and to their "Super Curriculum" programme encompassing personal development, careers guidance and preparation, academic support and extension. What you'll need to succeed: The ideal candidate will have a flexible, creative approach to their subject, looking to support students' academic aims and to develop the provision across the College. Academic staff are likely to have tutoring responsibilities and will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the College through clubs, activities, and supervision duties. There will be a requirement to work approximately 1 half day on a Saturday per half term.
