Position Summary:

Administers and scores assessments and provides technical assistance to the neuropsychologist/psychologist.

Reports to: Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist the Clinical Neuropsychologist or the Clinical Psychologist by administering neuropsychological, psychological, personality and academic tests in an accurate, valid and standardized manner. Drag Edit Delete
Prepare accurately scored and normed assessments based on the technical and clinical guidance of the supervising Clinical Neuropsychologist/Psychologist. Drag Edit Delete
Provide detailed behavioral observations of the examinee that may be used by the Clinical Neuropsychologist/Psychologist to aid in test interpretation. Drag Edit Delete
Management of the care, storage, and inventory of neuropsychological/psychological test materials and patient test data. Drag Edit Delete
Perform various administrative or clerical duties as needed which may include but are not limited to patient scheduling and ordering test supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) Drag Edit Delete
Minimum Work Experience
1 year mental health experience or education
3 years mental health experience (Preferred)
