Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are searching for an experienced part-time Accounts Administrator for a small company based in High Wycombe. This role would suit someone who wants part time hours but can be flexible to cover sickness/holidays.
Monday - Thursday working week
12-15 hours per week across the 4 days
GBP15.00 - GBP18.00 per hour
The main responsibilities of the part-time Accounts Administrator are:
· Managing purchases including filing purchase invoices and inputting them on the system.
· Allocating customer payments.
· Managing the cash book including sales and credit card payment reconciling.
· Using spreadsheets for various tasks.
· Daily email management including sending on to different branches.
The key requirements of the part-time Accounts Administrator are:
· Previous experience of working in an accounts office.
· Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially Excel spreadsheets.
· Willing to learn a variety of different jobs.
· Ability to use initiative during quieter times.
