Temporary PT Support Services Officer/Admin - Self Directed Support Team

Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour PAYE
21 Monday – Friday, TBC
This opening assignment is for 5 months
City: SOUTH SHIELDS
BPSS to be completed upon offer
Working as part of the Self Directed Support Team, you will be responsible for the completion of a range of Invoice Management functions, paying pre prepared wages and reconciling loan facilities ensuring the delivery of an efficient service for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for completing tasks within required timescales and resolving any queries in a timely manner; in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.

Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and where appropriate confidentiality.
Significant experience and competence using IT and common business support packages including word processing and spreadsheets.
