Our client, a highly successful Medical company wants you to join their Finance team as Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Job: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary: £12 per hour

Location: Cwmbran, South Wales

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Day to day of the role:

• Process invoices received for the Purchase Ledger in a timely manner.
• Ensure month end timelines are maintained and unresolved queries are kept to a minimum.
• Resolve any queries in less than 30 days from the receipt of the invoice.
• Reconcile supplier accounts regularly, and reconcile items are raised and resolved with the supplier.
• Manage the Purchase Ledger email accounts to respond to queries and deal with them in a timely manner.
• Create new supplier accounts as required in line with approval process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail.
• Experience / knowlegde of a fast-paced Finance department.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
