Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Yate
Type: 3-6 month contract
Pay rate: £14.00 - £15.00 p/h

My client is looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator for their manufacturing business located in Yate, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
To main function of the role is to manage the administration / control of the work order and purchase order system and documentation to ensure effective and accurate information support for the manufacturing operations.
Within the role of Purchasing Administrator, the key duties will be:
- Assist in the material requirements planning with the production team and raise purchase orders on
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Maintaining the SAP system
- Assist in stock control
- Collecting and reporting on HES
- Resolving queries relating to stock, work orders and purchase orders.

The role will involve working a 37 hour working pattern Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a production control / purchasing environment and experience of working with suppliers. Previous experience in using SAP would be beneficial.
