An established and growing manufacturing company in North West London are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve sitting within the purchasing team and will be working mainly with their online portal.
The ideal candidate will be someone with strong administration skills that has experience with order processing and dealing with stock allocations, with intermediate excel skills.
This is an office based role and their hours are 8am-4.30pm.
Key Skills:
- Navigate the central portal and run reports
- Order processing and deal with stock allocations
- Oversee stock cover
- Data entry and deal with production orders on the company database
- Produce customer new line forms
- Deal with general enquiries with customers and distributors
- Complete inventory reports and deal with shipments and stock
- Prepare all shipment and custom documents for the warehouse
Key Skills:
- 3 years+ administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work against tight deadlines
- Good problem solving skills and analytical skills
