Job Role:Purchasing and Administration Assistant
Hourly Rate: 12.82 (DOE) + holiday pay + Flexible hours + Amazing Office Angels Benefits
Location: Coventry - 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely
Duration: 6 month Temporary contract with the view of being extended
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities -
- Handling purchase order requests and payments
- Checking goods in and out
- Create meeting agendas
- Assisting in booking flights and hotels for management
- Ensuring purchase orders linked to correct projects
Skills / Experience Required -
- Previous experience in purchasing orders is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone manner and command of English
- Attention to detail and organised
- Efficiency and resilience
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Display a willingness to learn
- Competent Microsoft Office Skills
