Purchasing & Stock Executive – Poole

An extremely successful and ever growing ecommerce store that came from humble beginnings is expanding it’s friendly and welcoming team in Poole. They have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join their Procurement team.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry and updates to our ERP system
• Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers on inbound stock
• Updating internal teams on stock availability
• Updating task boards to ensure smooth running of new launches.
• Discontinued line management
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks necessary to support the wider teams.
Key skills required:
• At least 1 year of experience working in a Purchasing role.
• At least 2 years in an administrative role
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised
• Good commercial awareness
• Confident in dealing with suppliers.
