• Assisting the sales team in preparing supplier quotations.
• Proactively sourcing ad-hoc equipment and managing specialist one-off orders.
• Taking charge of company credit card spend and overseeing expenses submissions for purchasing.
• Organizing seamless asset collections from customers and coordinating all background logistics for company asset movement and management.
• Providing logistics and warehouse cover, ensuring correct manual handling practices and assisting the team when needed.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication with all internal contacts.
