Purchasing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to manage procurement and supply chain operations within our Industrial / Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to build strong supplier relationships, and a passion for maintaining efficient procurement processes.

Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the procurement process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify potential areas for cost savings.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet their procurement needs.
• Regularly review supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in negotiation of contract terms with suppliers.

Profile

A successful Purchasing Officer should have:

• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
