  • Based at our support centre in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire 
  • 5 days per week (full or part-time)

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our dynamic purchasing team.  

THE ROLE

This is an interesting and varied position, providing full administrative support to the purchasing team. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, responsibilities will include managing the purchasing inboxes, using our purchase to pay system (Compleat) and liaising with PGL colleagues, suppliers and other teams as necessary. 

  • Providing full administrative support to the purchasing team 
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices and receipts using the Compleat system 
  • Monitoring the purchasing team inbox 
  • General support for the Alton Court support centre (e.g. helping in reception, post room) 
  • Assisting other teams across PGL as required 

IS THIS YOU? 

  • IT savvy and confident using Microsoft applications 
  • Experience using business IT systems 
  • Flexible attitude, able to comfortably manage multiple priorities 
  • Enjoys working to standardised processes and in a procedure driven environment
