Position Overview:
We are currently hiring PVG Chefs to contribute to the culinary creativity and high standards of our kitchen. As a PVG Chef, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting dishes that delight our guests while adhering to all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure the highest quality and presentation of all dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Assist with menu planning and development as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Adhere to all dietary restrictions and special requests from guests
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment
• PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certification is required
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Culinary creativity and passion for creating delicious dishes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members
