Python Web Developer

We build SaaS browser-based applications for ourselves and for others, and with growing customer requirements we need to expand our team. Come and work on our exciting projects, bring your own ideas and make an impact.

This is a fully remote position open to UK residents who are eligible to work here. Our current team are spread across the UK, so we’re really looking for the right person, wherever you are.

We’re all developers here, so don’t really believe in 9-5. Do 37.5 hours a week whenever makes sense for you, with the occasional daytime meeting to discuss projects and ideas. Spend your days writing code, not sitting in conference calls.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• 2+ years of Python and Flask/Django experience
• HTML/CSS
• Javascript programming for the web
• MySQL/MariaDB and SQLAlchemy knowledge is a bonus
• Understanding of APIs, REST, XML
• Using Git and Github for CI/CD processes, PRs and code reviews

Our tech stack is Python with Flask and SQLAlchemy running on Docker and hosted on AWS. We use MySQL, Linux, and our own custom Python modules for rapid creation of administration systems to solve customer problems. We write vanilla JS, HTML and CSS and try to keep things simple. These are the areas we need you to be proficient in, so tell us what you can do. If you have travel industry development experience – even better.
