You will be part of a small technical team working closely with Design, Buying and the key stakeholders of the business.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time, on-site position with an immediate start preference. As a vital member of our Quality Assurance team, your role will involve providing essential support to ensure the seamless operation of the department’s day-to-day activities and technical projects. This includes planning, organising and follow up with our product team (UK based), our Hong Kong team or key factories, regarding testing requirements on all new lines and of any product lines with physical, chemical or legislative changes, Audit information and assisting with data submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain technical files for products.
  • Manage the critical path, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.
  • Assist QA Compliance Technicians in product investigations as needed.
  • Assist with data submissions.
  • Ensure clear understanding and timely completion of all supplier communications and instructions.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure onboarding and QA documentation deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular updates to the team regarding the status of product certification.
  • Offer general administrative support to the department.

Skills & Experience:

  • While prior QA experience is advantageous, it is not essential; knowledge of product safety AND COMPLIANCE is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in the role.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
