Currently, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a landmark high-rise residential project in the heart of Manchester.
Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout all phases of the prestigious high-rise residential project.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to uphold the project's reputation for excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to the success of a prominent development in one of the UK's most vibrant cities.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and non-conformities.
• Participate in design and construction meetings to provide input on quality-related matters.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the construction industry, preferably on high-rise residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in quality assurance or construction management.
