Your new role

• Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on software applications, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and assess consumer duty adherence, ensuring our services meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate processes, suggesting enhancements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in QA within the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with consumer duty regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
• Ability to monitor and track performance metrics.
