e.You will be joining the Quality Assurance team within Money business, consisting of 3 seniors and 7 specialists and 2 subject matter experts. You can expect to liaise with financial advisers providing them with vital feedback in a timely manner including Financial planning team and the customer experience team. The team are responsible for ensuring key
processes are followed correctly within Financial Advice, relating to the onboarding process and complaints decisions.You’ll be:Ensuring that customers receive fair treatment that is aligned to the Society’s approachCarrying out quality checks on Financial Advice providedBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholdersSuggesting improvements whilst effectively managing risk appetiteWhat Do We Need From You?We are looking for an empathetic and open minded individual with confidence in what great customer experience looks like and an understanding of fair outcomes.You’ll need to be:An excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble to plan and organise workloads to ensure a focus on priorities and to deliver to deadlinesAble to consider differing points of view with assertive decision-makingStrong in providing effective challenge to stakeholders at all levelsFlexible and adaptable – responsibilities can vary throughout the month, you’ll need to work as a team to ensure all aspects are covered and move between different tasksYou’ll also need an understanding of the Financial Advice processes, the Society’s Customer Strategy and Proposition, and knowledge of the FCA requirements; including Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty.
