• Whitely, Fareham, Hampshire. This position is onsite full time.

Our client is an innovative technology company working in a fast-paced sector. They are experiencing great success and with a very talented and capable team, they are looking to bring on board a QA Test Lead to work within the production and operations team.

You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members. As the team lead you will be the first point of contact for all team members and act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Key Skills Responsibilities:

• Line management and personal development of team members
• Oversee day to day operation of team members
• Work with engineering teams to scope out work and set deadlines
• Working with stakeholders to create and maintain testing strategies and procedures for web platforms.
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with managers and developers to prevent any delays or issues that arise
• Keep up daily testing work to move projects forwards with the team
• Develop on test automation strategy with VPoE

Core Requirements:

• External ISEB qualification (ISTQB or equivalent)
• Experience working within an eCommerce and SaaS business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and follow up skills
• Working with testing frameworks eg Selenium
