Qa Tester - Expiring Soon!

Seeking a bright, resourceful, business minded QA Tester / Software Tester. Seeking a highly motivated individual with at least three years of software testing experience. The successful candidate will join an established team executing software quality assurance procedures against a unique and challenging product range covering notifications and alerts, report and documentation automation, data integration and synchronisation and workflow and human interaction.

A keenness for testing, passion for quality and an absolute commitment to detail are essential. The role is very technical in nature and requires on-going personal learning to keep abreast of changes in technologies and platforms in line with our core product offerings. The role would suit someone with a previous background in IT software testing or development looking to expand their understanding of a wide variety of technologies and product channels.

Highly Technical position yes!!  tHIS IS A GIVEN PERHAPS TO SOME EXTEND BUT WE NEED YOU TO BE HIGHLY BUSINESS CENTRIC AS WELL. Colloboration is not a dirty word whilst being a soloist perhaps is?

Essential

three to five years’ full time business software testing experience in a commercial environment using enterprise level ERP and/or CRM systems (for example Microsoft / Sage / SAP Business One / SYSPRO) and e-Commerce applications.

Knowledge and experience of various software testing techniques such as functional, performance, regression and integration testing using both automated and manual processes.

In-depth knowledge of APIs and web services, including being comfortable working with XML, JSON, GraphQL.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including but not limited to database design, Transact-SQL, stored procedures, triggers.

A background in business software, preferably involving integration and business process automation.

Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to write and present clear and concise content for a technical audience.
