Job Location: Loughborough
Pay: GBP12.95 per hour
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
We have a great opportunity to support an expanding team with their busy workload!
The main responsibility of the role is for the testing of pharmaceutical raw materials (including components), intermediates and finished products for batch release, stability, development studies and customer complaints.
It also supports the QC Investigations Team for writing of both preliminary and full-scale investigations for OOS/OOT results and GMP deviations. The role will be working across cross-functional teams to support calibration activities and ensure Good Documentation Practices are upheld.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Performing analytical testing
- Following the 10 rules of GMP
- Completing analytical documentation including the input into the LIMS system
- Completing preliminary investigations with minimum support
- Completing full-scale investigations with support
- Maintain good laboratory housekeeping
- Being able to interpret analytical date and use knowledge to effectively investigate to support batch release
- Identify and implement appropriate corrective/preventative actions
What will you bring to the role?
- Knowledge and experience performing GMP investigations for OOS/OOT results
- Pharmaceutical GMP experience
- Knowledge and understanding of using root cause analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
