Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced QC Laboratory Manager to lead the Analytical, Microbiology, and Raw Materials departments, with a focus on technical transfer processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transfer of analytical methods and processes between development, manufacturing, and quality control teams, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Analytical, Microbiology, and Raw Materials departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the technical transfer of analytical methods, protocols, and processes from development to manufacturing and quality control teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical transfer projects, including method validation, equipment qualification, and documentation.
• Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Mentor and develop laboratory staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control, with a focus on technical transfer processes.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, microbiological methods, and raw material testing procedures.
• Proven experience in leading technical transfer projects, including method validation, equipment qualification, and process optimization.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA, cGMP, and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
