Your new role
- Management of external QS providers and performance
- Management of external contractors and suppliers
- Cost Management and overseeing financial terms
- Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works
- Procurement
- Cost Auditing
- Tender processes
- Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure
- Ensuring compliance with H&S
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years working as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant
MRICS or relevant chartership is highly desirable
Relevant Degree in a Construction related field
