About the Position

We have a truly unique opportunity for an experienced, determined and commercially minded individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.

As the QSR & Leisure Channel Manager (QSR&L), you will be our channel expert responsible for managing the commercial business across the 30+ key customers we work with. This involves the direct account management of Key Flagship accounts and line management of your team of two salespeople as you build and execute on the annual growth plans and 10 year strategy you help build – many of which, span across International Markets.

You will be the commercial owner of the channel – responsible for forecasting, analysing performance and executing plans through high quality selling, negotiation and partnerships with customers whilst feeding into the Global QSR strategy, helping to shape innovation and the requirements to win across multiple markets whilst helping to drive the UK sustainability initiative and ensuring our QSR customers have a business fit for the future.

You will report into Tom Norris, our Head of Away From Home Key Accounts, and work closely with the rest of the Food Service Team in our Northern Europe Omnichannel Business Unit. You will be based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home two days a week and visit customers as needed.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Own and shape the complete channel strategy for QSR and Leisure

  • Overseeing key QSR&L account portfolio; delivering a profitable change, within a balanced business plan, to achieve customer category targets and Kraft Heinz strategies – account managing some key customers and an escalation point for others your team lead on

  • Commercial planning, analysis and execution for QSR & L- Contract negotiations, from the P&L modelling and planning through to execution.

  • Develop relationships with emerging customers in the channel

  • Managing a team of 2; Developing them through good management and coaching

  • Profitably growing our business through identifying and winning new customers and listings

  • Working cross functionally together with Culinary and Marketing teams to create best in class selling moments and partnerships with key customers supporting on innovation and menu development

Qualifications & Experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Experience in building high quality selling stories and presentations

  • 2+ years of account management or other commercial management experience

  • Negotiation, Influence and Selling Knowledge - Proven experience in customer relationship management skills are essential, alongside the ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills  

  • Fluency in English
