Pertemps Recruitment agency has partnered with a major international membership organization that promotes and advance civil engineering around the world, this organization is looking for Qualification Administrator to join their team in London.This is a full-time, permanent role (Hybrid) - paying around £22,420 per annum plus excellent benefits The OrganizationThe Institution is an international membership organisation that promotes and advances civil engineering around the world. This is a qualifying body, a centre for the exchange of specialist knowledge, and a provider of resources to encourage innovation and excellence in the profession worldwide Duties & Responsibilities
  • To act as a champion of excellent customer service by answering telephone and email queries on membership with accurate and concise information in a polite manner.
  • Provide tailored advice and guidance to members and potential members on the organization application processes.
  • Acknowledgement and processing of applications and issuing results relevant to the role within the agreed timelines.
  • Data entry, updating and maintaining all levels of individual membership records on the organizations database
  • Assist with administering the online/physical Professional Reviews and Institution Exam as required, this may include travelling to other venues.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with other membership staff.
  • Process members' expenses using the Focal Point system and ensure they are in line with published Institution guidance.
What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills combined with administrative experience working in a busy office environment as part of a team. Applicants should be organised, with good attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of communicating with stakeholders at different levels. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, as well as good experience in using databases. Above all, candidates will be efficient and able to work to deadlines. The following skills and experience would be desirable for the role:
  • Experience of using SharePoint
  • Experience of using Microsoft Teams to set up meetings
  • Previous experience of meeting and greeting individuals for registration and events
