Our technicians are an essential part of the team. They make sure that our fleet of vehicles is safe for our customers and meets regulatory standards, as a minimum. We have a diverse fleet of vehicles including minibus, coaches, diesel and electric single and double-decker buses.
Essential requirements:
Experienced in Automotive vehicle repair on 12v and 24v systems is preferable, but will consider experience from other fields.
In addition, the person will need to demonstrate the following personal skills:
Capable and willing to obtain a PCV licence
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Able to work unsupervised
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Main duties include:
- Diagnosis of all electrical systems and faults related to the vehicles.
- MOT Preparation
- Replacement of faulty units.
- General minor daily repairs.
- Breakdown attendance.
- Installation of new systems.
- High Voltage system servicing and diagnosis(training provided).

The rate of pay is up to £18 per hour plus enhancements for post-7 PM and Sunday working. We have various rotating and fixed shifts available, these can be discussed and agreed upon at the interview stage.
