Qualified Dental Nurse
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Salary: From £11 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (40.5 Hours)
The Client:
Our client is a well-established dental practice, offering comprehensive dental services from preventive care to cosmetic treatments, including teeth whitening and dental implants.
The Role:
As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting dentists / hygienists, handling reception duties, and maintaining decontamination procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Sterilising instruments and caring for dental equipment.
* Ensuring the availability of essential supplies.
* Processing and organising x-rays.
* Preparing and blending materials.
* Delivering outstanding patient care.
* Setting up and maintaining the clinical environment.
* Adhering to stringent cleanliness and infection control standards.
* Helping patients during treatments.
* Easing the concerns of dental patients across various age groups.
Requirements:
* Previously worked for at least 1 year as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role.
* At least 1 year experience as a dental receptionist.
* Valid GDC registration.
* Understanding of HTM0105.
