Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality care and education to young children. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with experienced educators, contributing to the development and implementation of engaging activities that promote holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead educators to plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Provide support during daily routines, including playtime, meals, and rest periods.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating learning space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous experience working in an early Years setting.
• Understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting the well-being and growth of young children.
