Qualified Electrician (Based in Bristol)

£35000-£38000 + Van + Benefits (including team bonus)

Leading Facilities Management Company are looking to add to their maintenance team and currently require a Qualified Electrician who has worked on commercial sites ideally for a building services or facilities management background.

Key duties will include

• Working on commercial sites (mainly offices, retail, and hospitality) in the South-West area.
• Travel to different locations in the South West regions is required
• Overtime and evening work available paid at a premium.
• Carry out a range of PPM and repair/upgrade work, working in junction with specialist mechanical teams.
• Provide advice and where needed pricing on new work.
• Working independently and as part of a larger team maintaining all paperwork and escalating any sites issues to the operational manager.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, and work is to industry standard.

Experience required

• A strong understanding of commercial electrical work
• Qualified with a minimum of 5 years - 18th edition, AM2, Level 3
• 2391 or 2394/5 qualification beneficial - training provided.
• Full driving license
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and with members of the team
• A desire to learn new skills and qualifications

It is expected the Electrician will have a range of site experience but additional training to hone those skills will be given
