Position Overview:

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our client's Legal team.

The firm deal with a broad range of individuals and organisations from small traders to large companies and financial lenders, locally, nationally, and also overseas. Our client has a well-established and loyal client base and take pride in the level of service they provide to new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your expertise and knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes will be crucial in providing exceptional service to the clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in office in Twickenham with working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and agreements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
• Attend meetings and negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favourable outcomes.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, if necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology for legal research and case management.
