We have very strong, positive relationships with a number of excellent special schools in Doncaster and we are looking for Teachers who are passionate about making a difference and catering their lessons to positively impact the educational development of young people with additional needs. The ideal SEND QTS should have the following:

• QTS with experience in Special Educational Needs teaching
• A calm, patient, and caring persona
• Good behaviour management
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working with and supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
