Responsibilities:

• Undertaking home visits to gather information to establish any concern-initial child/family needs & assess
• Provide a service to Children with Disabilities and their families
• You will be working across referral & assessment, children in need, CP and CIC.
• Managing a complex caseload
• The post will also involve court work
• Duty rota cover

To be considered for the Social Worker role:

• 1-3 years experience of working within a similar social work setting
• Diploma/Degree in Social Work
• Social Work England registered
• Evidence of working with a complex caseload
