- Qualified Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a statutory Young Adults Service
- Hybrid working
- Office base: Somerset Council - Bridgwater
- You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
- Pay rate £38ph

Managing a case load of young people in care which involves working within court arenas, long term foster care, adoption and supporting young people into independence.
Work included involves the writing of court work, care plans, pathway plans, adoption paperwork, life story work and assessments.
You will be tasked with completing statutory responsibilities for children, completing direct work and supporting plans of reunification where appropriate.
To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
