Arma Connect Ltd, based in East Peckham, Kent, is seeking a motivated Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join our Operations team. Are you a fully qualified electrician with the necessary certifications? Have you held a similar role and are registered as a NICEIC QS? Qualified Supervisor (QS) Duties:
Most of the Qualified Supervisor's time will be spent in the office, with site visits required for engineer and post-works audits, where necessary.
The primary function of the Qualified Supervisor will be to assess and qualify engineer's submitted certification, following the completion of site works. Certification ranges from Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Electrical Works Certificates, Emergency Lighting Inspection Reports, Emergency Lighting Completion Certificates and Thermal Imaging Reports.
Where appropriate, the Qualified Supervisor will be required to compile quotations for necessary remedial works.
Secondary duties will involve technical communications with Company engineers to update working practices; also, in a client facing capacity, interacting with site-based technical operatives and management, taking part in technical discussions and handling client queries / concerns.
Other aspects of the role will involve the logistical management of Company owned testing equipment, including the organisation of annual calibrations.
There is also an opportunity for on-site overtime at the weekend.
Qualified Supervisor (QS) Requirements:
* Be qualified to 18th Edition with at least C&G 2382 and 2391 (or equivalent) respectively.
* Have a strong knowledgebase around Microsoft/Windows applications and electrical certification software.
* Be suitably experienced around Electrical Installation Condition Reports and other NICEIC accredited certification.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Be able to communicate well at all levels and represent the Company in a professional manner.
* Be comfortable assessing the conduct/practices of members of the site-based workforce, offering guidance and support where necessary.
* Be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, especially where Service Delivery and
* Health & Safety are concerned.

* �40,000 - 45,000 per annum.
