Due to an incredible demand for qualified TA's from primary school clients in Worksop, Academics are urgently recruiting for Qualified TA's to support local schools with their staffing cover requirements on an ad-hoc, short-term or long-term basis.

With an ongoing stream of vacancies for qualified teaching assistants across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 - we have the opportunity for you.

What does working as a Qualified TA involve?

• Possessing a Level 3/ Grade 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a BA Hons Degree in Education
• Supporting the class teacher by encouraging the completion of tasks
• Motivating and supporting pupils with their work
• Ensuring the learning environment is inclusive
• Helping pupils to understand their own minds and what subjects they can thrive in
• Setting up classroom displays and keeping the classroom orderly
• Leading intervention groups
• Monitoring the safety of all pupils within your care
• Following and adhering to safeguarding and behavior policies
