Hales Group are recruiting a Quality Administrator for their Thetford based client. This busy and varied full time role requires a confident individual, who enjoys dealing with customer enquiries and has a positive, proactive approach to their work.
Location: Thetford
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Hours – 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Wednesday, 08.00 – 16.00 Thursday and Friday.
Salary: £28,500 per year
Tasks include, creating and proposing service agreement renewals to existing contract customers, invoicing, dealing with customer enquiries, as well as management of the Quality System.
Daily responsibilities:
- Using service management software
- Maintenance of ISO9001: 2015 Quality System including audits
- Dealing with customer phone calls and enquiries
- Day to day administration tasks
- Assisting Service Manager and Operations Director
- Measurements and administration of KPI’s
- Monthly upkeep of the Quality system, including statistical reports
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Administrator, who enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment where clear communication is key. The successful candidate will require the following knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Excel and Word
- Knowledge/experience of ISO Quality systems
