Are you an experienced auditor who's comfortable with presenting to all levels of an organisation?

Do you have a background in enhancing quality standards and providing solutions for process improvement?

If this sounds like you, then we have a perfect opportunity to join the NHS SBS family as a Quality Analyst!

The main purpose of the role will be to build a picture of whether or not our clients are receiving the best possible service by interpreting the data and reports from various sources and working with managers in all areas across the business to implement positive changes to the service they provide.

We have identified several areas of service delivery that are the pillars of delivering a world class service. You will have the scope to grow and add your own pillars to make this process your own.

This is hybrid role, predominantly based from home with travel to one of our offices in Southampton or London twice a month. The first three weeks of employment will be spent in an office full time for training purposes. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Using information and data from various platform to identify trends in service performance.
  • Support the wider business by making recommendations to improving processes.
  • Help move all business area towards ISO9001 certification.
  • Review quality management strategy and make sure processes are kept up to date.
  • Support with new business initiatives and projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • Effective report writing skills.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Experience of presenting to senior managers or SLT.
  • Basic understanding ISO standards.
  • Evidence of implement process improvements.

It would be great if you had:

  • Completed ISO related courses
  • Experience as a qualified auditor
  • Data analysis qualifications
