Monday Friday 37.5 hours a week. 8am 6pm

We have a position open for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator. This is an ideal role for someone that has previous experience in a customer driven claims role within Insurance. Great company and friendly team.

The role of a Quality and Compliance Coordinatorwill ensure that randomly selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately with feedback given directly to the relevant stakeholders.

As a Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be:

• Developing reporting formats for sharing with external parties
• Managing Audits each calendar month, providing immediate feedback to SMT during the month as issues arise and reporting full results at month end
• Contributing to the overall development of the business in conjunction with the Senior Management Team, including meeting existing and potential clients
• Reviewing claims and associated call recordings and portal messages, as appropriate, to assess and score claims handling and customer journey
• Proposing design improvements to above and deliver them in conjunction with various other internal teams
• Clearly highlighting training needs from audited cases
• Developing summary MI report in conjunction with the MI Manager to report monthly on Audit findings
• Undertaking any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will be/have

• Experience in an insurance claim handling and/or claims supervisory role
• Knowledge of Household Policy Structure, cover and GBP limits/excesses
• Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Helpfulness and a passion for raising quality standards across the business in both technical accuracy and customer service
