Quality And Compliance Manager

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring that our services maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and Compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and undertaking Quality and Compliance audits to ensure services remain compliant with CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and as amended and all care service policies and procedures.

With your detailed working knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislation relating to social care you will work with the Director of Care, to help develop and manage our compliance systems, undertake audits, and ensure that our care specific policies are reviewed and developed with other members of the team.

Our operating regions cover care homes in Richmond & Camden, London, with occasional Travel to Hampshire.

About you

You will need:

• Relevant Audit, quality qualification or commensurate experience in a similar role
• Internal audit or quality assurance experience in the adult social care sector
• Experience of policy writing and review
• Working knowledge of regulation and inspection frameworks including CQC
• Experience of multi-site working within the care and support sector
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyse audit data and identify areas for improvement.

Even better if you have previous experience of operational management within a regulated service.
